About
Hailing from a first generation migrant Cambodian-Australian family, Jorden has worked hard to progress herself professionally whilst remaining true to her after hours self.
She has had a varied career to date having started as a private practice lawyer with national and global firms, before leaving and founding her own women-led law firm whilst in between roles. She moved in-house to explore her curiosity of businesses before leaving her General Counsel mantle at a major Australian pension fund to take up various leadership positions spanning across customer services, operations, and business transformation.
Currently an influential executive leader, passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion, and champion for women in senior leadership, Jorden also holds several non-executive board directorships across multiple sectors.
Named a Young Executive of the Year by the Australian Financial Review in 2015 and recipient of the University of Melbourne’s Young Alumni of Distinction Award in 2018, Jorden has been routinely recognised for her achievements through various business industry accolades. Jorden regularly shares her collection of experiences and musings on leadership, lawyering, personal branding in the workplace and diverse paths to success in an effort to support and empower others in the workplace.
